TECTYL 891D, Class I is a�solvent cutback, firm film, black asphaltic corrosion preventive compound. TECTYL 891D, Class I provides long-term protection for metallic surfaces in indoor or outdoor exposure and during international shipments.

LPS 1 Greaseless Lubricant is formulated to create a dry, thin lubricating film that easily penetrates tiny crevices, while effectively repelling oil, dust, and dirt accumulation.

Cor Ban-35 is�a long lasting, high solids and low VOC CIC with high penetration capability and water displacing properties. Applied in a 1.5 to 2 mil wet film thickness it dries in less than one hour to a non-tacky, salmon pink color. Cor-Ban 35 incorporates the best features of BMS 3-23 and BMS 3-29 approved products.

It has low odor, no toxicity, and is free of heavy metals, chromates, asbestos, MoS2�and graphite. It works at a temperature range of -65�F/-54�C to 180�F/82�C, able to withstand brief exposure to temperatures as high as 500�F/260�C with little impact on corrosion protective properties.

Corrosion simply stated is a natural phenomenon which destroys most metals by either a chemical or electrochemical reaction. The metal is converted, usually with the help of an electrolyte, into a stable metallic compound such as an oxide, hydroxide, or sulfate. The rate at which metals corrode depends greatly on the environment they are exposed to, and the amount of preventive maintenance they receive. Metals that are exposed to marine atmospheres, moisture, tropical temperatures, and industrial chemical atmospheres have the highest rate of corrosion. The tendency of metals to corrode creates a serious problem in the area of aircraft operation.

D 5010-NS is�a powerful�penetrating oil�and corrosion inhibitor formulated for aircraft use. D-5010 NS dissolves rust, disperses water and leaves a thin protective film that resists corrosion, light acids and alkali solutions. D-5010 NS is widely used on small parts, in engine repair and to protect tools and equipment.

D 5026-NS is�a concentrated version of D-5015 NS designed for medium duty use on critical metal surfaces in electronic assemblies and on electrical and mechanical cables. It is an effective corrosion inhibitor and water dispersant for larger surfaces and retains the lubricating characteristics of D-5015 NS.
